The Raggiana Bird of Paradise is both bright and colorful which is a perfect representation of our newest coffee, Raggiana, which is an exquisite medium roast from the country of Papua New Guinea. Named for the national bird, Raggiana is rich, smooth, and naturally sweet. Featuring hints of dark chocolate, sugars, and dried plums, this coffee transports you to the tropical paradise in the mountains of Papua New Guinea where the most beautiful creatures in Indonesia live. The owners of Bellamy’s have family and friends that have spent many years in Papua New Guinea and we are happy to offer this coffee as a nod to our heritage.
